This 1972 Lancia Berlina is one of the last of the Flavia series, with a 2.0 flat-four engine. The car has a well-constructed ‘hewn from solid’ feel to it yet still has the ability to get a move on when the need arises.
This Lancia is in superb original condition both bodily and structurally and appears to have neither been welded, nor to have needed it. It is showing only 22,133km on the clock (13,750 miles) which could well be correct - who knows?
The interior of the car – a symphony in brown and beige – is original and in lovely condition with no rips or tears in the upholstery. It is fitted with a period (possibly original) Grundig radio. Since being imported it has had a new battery, various electrical items and a new exhaust system. It has also been UK-registered, and is, of course, left-hand-drive.
This Lancia Berlina is a beautiful, understated car with plenty of performance and in remarkably original condition. Not only bellissima, it is rarissima too. Find a better one!
