Any colour you want as long as it’s khaki. One careful owner, produced by a British company with a long history of making only the finest vehicles, and with the kind of menacing presence black Range Rovers can only dream of, this Daimler Ferret is offered for sale direct from the Ministry of Defence.
As the very healthy layer of moss on the turret will attest, this Ferret has not been in use for some time, and although the Rolls-Royce 4.26 petrol engine and gearbox may be there, the component parts are not all where they should be. In fact, some of them are absent without leave, but the estimate has been appraised accordingly – you try making one for £5,000!
It is believed to date from 1960, it is incomplete, it would take a brave man to restore it and it has no documents, but it would make a great static display, do wonders for your paintball arena, and make your children very happy (you would have to buy a big box of chocolates for your partner, though).
AMENDMENT: Buyer's Passport Identification required for MOD approval before removal, for clients wishing to export - Export Licence Required. Sale Is Not Conditional, This lot is sold with VAT added to the sale price
