Offering a chance to get into the Traveller, or ‘Woody’ scene for a modest outlay, this charming old girl comes to us from a deceased estate.

Lady owned, it was used and enjoyed by the vendors late father and his daughter through the summer months. In regular use until autumn 2018, the car has been stood since then and will no doubt require some light fettling to get it going properly, although NDD 763F does boast a current MOT until June 2019 showing just one advisory for a slightly noisy front wheel bearing.

The car’s history file contains an old green log book showing its first owner, stamped in February 1968 as one Frederick Smith of Cheltenham. This log book records the colour as Almond green, which confirms a colour change to Old English White in September 2010. In addition, there is an invoice showing purchase of a new inertia starter motor from MGB Hive in 2016 and 2 old MOTs as well its current V5C and old SORN notices.

It’s not always clear if owner numbers on old cars are accurate, however our vendor has had the car since August 2015, the previous keeper since November 1993.  Showing just three owners in total, its feasible the first owner could have kept the car from new until ’93 and that the mileage of 59,000 is believable – but without all the documents its impossible to tell - you can decide for yourselves.

A wealth of opportunity and possibility is however offered with this nice little lot and with a great owner's scene and a huge parts catalogue, the world is your oyster, or Moggy in this case?
