Supplied new in January 1995, this late model Turbo R packs the torquey 6.75 turbocharged V8 driven through automatic transmission with the customary magic carpet ride but with added sporting intent.

The luxury spec features acres of wood, soft cream leather piped green matching the bodywork. With just 98,000 miles under its belt, it’s covered an average of just 4,000 miles per year. Maintained by independent RR and Bentley specialist in Isleworth, Middlesex for the entirety of our vendors 15 year ownership, the annual maintenance invoices are impressive, our vendor continuing to spend in order to keep the car ship shape.

Invoices on file (and there are many) show annual servicing with additional works dating back to 2001,the most recent at 98,463 miles in March 2019 costing £2,005 including routine 3,000 mile service plus new alternator, replacement N/S inner headlight and replacement driver’s seat ECU and MOT showing no advisories.

Other notable recent works include March 2018’s annual service with new front and rear discs, pads and service brake plus MOT costing £3,468 at 96,049 miles. A new windscreen was also fitted in July 2017.
May 2017’s annual 6,000 mile service saw two new front tyres, a good wax-oiling, replacement temperature gauge and replacement alarm module costing £2,549 at 94,624 miles. A new steering rack and further pair of tyres were fitted in addition to March 2015’s annual visit at £2,730. Other invoices show a 60,000 mile service in July 2010 which included a tidy up of the bodywork costing some £6,168 and another big one in March 2012 including new dampers and wiring looms in addition to the annual service costing £4,800.

A serious history, with serious expenditure, this fine Turbo R is available for a fraction of what it cost when new (think small semi). The car will no doubt offer many more years of powerful, refined and stately motoring for its lucky new owner.
