It’s a bit of a Wolf in sheep’s clothing this one. Perhaps easy to dismiss upon first glance, but look a little closer and you’ll see the bonnet scoot, bigger brakes and lower ride height and then when you look a bit more, the discreet twin exhausts. Packing a 260bhp twin-scroll turbocharged 2.0 Boxer, driven through a five-speed semi-automatic gearbox through Subaru’s famous all-wheel drive system, its no ‘humdrum’ estate car but a family wagon with attitude.

Finished in Arctic white pearl this 2003 Legacy GT Spec B BP5 edition is one cool carry-all and was imported from Japan in 2018 with one UK owner since. The car looks to have covered just 66,000 miles which have been converted from KM with a complete UK MPH conversion including dials and boasts Bilstein sports suspension, an attractive factory aero kit, rear spoiler and recessed roof rails.

The spec also features Xenon headlights, 17-inch lightweight alloy wheels, Alpine touchscreen DAB with USB, sat nav and Bluetooth, electric windows, folding mirrors, electric driver’s seat, tinted windows, boot liner and wind deflectors

The car comes with Japanese service history (how good is your Japanese?) purportedly supporting the low mileage, and has, since import had £3,500 spent on it including a £2,543 engine rebuild by Keith Price Subaru less than 1,000 miles ago in September 2018 at 64,735 miles due to timing belt failure. The car has since had a running in service in March 2019

The car looks to be in standard spec and comes with a current MOT running until April 2020 with just three minor advisories noted.
