One of several MGB Roadsters in today’s sale, this Tartan Red example dates from May 1976 and is showing just under 91,000 miles on the clock which is said to be correct.
Sparingly used for summer jaunts in recent times, old MOTs show that it has only covered around 1,000 miles in the last six years. Recently treated to a snug-fitting new hood with a rear plastic window that zips out, it also comes with a tonneau and a hood cover in good condition. The black vinyl seats are in good shape as are the carpets, a sports steering wheel has been fitted and the boot is nicely carpeted including the spare wheel cover.
Although it no longer needs one, it is supplied with an MOT to June 2020 and is due to be driven over 100 miles to the sale.
