Here is a hot little 205, one of Peugeot’s legendary pocket rockets and one of a trio in this sale. This one comes in desirable 1.9 GTi form, finished in red with traditional half leather interior and equipped with manual transmission and a sunroof.

This little cracker was delivered new on the 25th March 1988 making it one of the pre-catalyst cars and a little more sought after as a result. Showing just 113,830 miles at the time of cataloguing, the car’s history file includes the V5C, owner’s manual and service booklet showing an impressive 12 stamps up to 96,000 miles.

The file also includes a selection of invoices for works, most recently for a new starter motor, exhaust and alternator. The car also comes with a current MOT running to June 2020 with no advisories recorded.

205’s have seen a renaissance of late, which shows little sign of abatement so we suggest you grab a good one while you can instead of wishing you had jumped on the band wagon after prices have moved beyond reach.
