One of four Mercedes W107 Series convertibles in our sale today, this particular car is the baby of the range with the creamy smooth 2.8-litre straight-six engine that produced a quoted 182bhp and 176lb/ft of torque. More economical than the larger V8 models, it was still respectably quick with a top speed of 129mph. Always a popular model, it remained in production from 1974 until 1985.

First registered in November 1983 and looking most attractive in metallic dark grey with a navy blue hide interior, it is said to be in very nice condition throughout. It is fitted with the desirable options of rear seats, wind deflector and cruise control. Said to drive very well with everything working as it should, it has done around 100,000 miles to date and comes with a good history file to show regular careful maintenance. It also comes with a fitted car cover, both hard and soft tops, and is MOTd until April 2011 and taxed until October.
