One of three Mercedes W123 Class coupes in our sale today, this 230CE model is fitted with the fuel-injected 2.3-litre four-cylinder engine which produced around 134bhp and 148lb/ft of torque, sufficient to propel the car to a top speed of 118mph.
First registered in November 1984 this particular car has had just three owners from new, the second of whom kept it for 20 years. Said to be totally original and unrestored throughout and to “drive superbly”. The indicated mileage of 88,600 is believed to be genuine but there is insufficient documentary evidence to warrant this. Currently MOTd and taxed it is ready to drive away today.
