The NSU Quickly might have been somewhat of a misnomer, but it sold in huge numbers, with over one million finding willing customers in the transport-strapped post-war era.
Made using a pressed steel frame and leading link front suspension which made it nice and stable to ride, its 49cc two-stoke engine could be started, assisted on hills, and even given a helping hand against head-winds thanks to the set of bicycle pedals that came as part of the package. A good supply of spares and an avid following for these diminutive machines mean that they are both easy and fun to own.
Thought to date from around 1959, this Quickly 'S' is offered with no paperwork as a restoration project at no reserve.
