Ex-Formula Renault Race Car Shell

We are advised by the vendor that this race car body shell was originally fitted to a Formula Renault single-seater racing car in 1975 and beyond.

It apparently saw action at various circuits in period including Brands Hatch, Donnington Park and Silverstone. Later in life it was modified by the previous owner to clothe a Suzuki V-Twin Storm 1,000cc hill climb car which also saw action at Shelsley Walsh and other such venues.

Other than that we really don’t know much about it but it appears to be in good condition and could no doubt be adapted to fit any number of other sprint/hill climb machines, or would make the perfect addition to any man-cave.

Being offered here without reserve, it is sure to be of interest to any true petrolhead, either as an ornament or a far more serious bit of kit.
