We’re not sure about the history on this one, but some lucky child has clearly had a great deal of enjoyment from this extremely nicely proportioned miniature Riley special.
Cleverly incorporating a grille from a Riley Elf, stub axles, steering and brakes from a Messerschmitt and a 50cc petrol engine from a lawnmower, this delightful little child’s car looks incredibly authentic and was clearly built quite some time ago, its patinated appearance giving it that lovely ‘lived in’ look. The period leather seat looks extremely comfy, although leg room is restricted to those under the age of about 10.
Perfect paddock transport for the youngsters at a Vintage race meet or for the grand children to learn the fundamentals of what driving is really about, this delightful little machine looks like a lot of fun. And don't forget, there are only 227 days until Christmas...
