First registered in May 1974, this TR6 was rebuilt and fully prepared for historic rallying some years ago, gaining an MSA log book in 2004. Since then we are told that the car has been campaigned regularly with much success and several wins under its belt.
The exact specification is too detailed to list in full here but highlights include: race-tuned engine with fuel injection; balanced pistons; Kent high lift cam; alloy catch tank; SAH rocker cover; Lumenition ignition; silicone hoses; K&N filters; lightened flywheel; Bosch fuel pump and filters; Kenlowe fan; Spax adjustable shocks; drilled and grooved discs; plumbed-in fire extinguisher; 6-point harnesses; emergency engine cut off in and out of the car; straight-through stainless steel exhaust; Lucas spot lights; air horns; removable lightweight bonnet; full Safety Devices roll cage; aluminium underbody protection; battery in the boot; alloy wheels; gearbox rebuilt less than 200 miles ago etc.
Said to be a very fast machine that sounds awesome, it is fully road legal and has an MOT until March 2017.
